MOST OF US TAKE OUR teeth for granted. Yet, think about how important the functions your mouth performs for you. Your mouth and teeth are the gateway for breathing, eating and drinking. The long digestive process begins in your mouth. The demands of endurance training, as well as the substances you put in your mouth, impact the healthy function of both your teeth and your entire body. Turns out that endurance athletes are particularly susceptible to dental erosion and its far-reaching effects on our bodies.

Hat & Mitten Tree Drive

By Admin on Dec 8, 2014 9:44:48 AM

WE HAVE BEGUN our Hat & Mitten Drive for Homeward Bound of Plymouth this year! We are asking our patients, friends, and teammates to donate any new, unwrapped winter wear item to this fantastic organization. We have partnered with the Plymouth location again this year and would like to wrap our Christmas tree in the warmth of your donations. Their Plymouth facility would like hats, mittens, scarves for teenagers to adults. Please join us at the office and help us decorate our tree. This is a wonderful non-profit organization who serves our community for those who cannot serve themselves. We will collect items until Monday, December 22. We will also give away an oral hygiene goodie bag for each donation that is brought into our office. If you should have any questions, please email erin@bogerdental.com

Smiles for Life 2013

By Admin on Jul 25, 2013 8:43:58 AM

We would like to thank all of our wonderful patients who contributed toward our efforts of raising $21,700 this year for our Smiles for Life promotion!  We couldn't be happier with this generous amount to present to two organizations:  Smile Network International, founder Kim Valentini.   Smile Network International funds surgical missions and provides necessary supplies needed to repair birth defects, with a focus on cleft lips, cleft palates and other conditions requiring surgical intervention such as burns, tumors or other genetic defects.   And to, The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile – a dental clinic on wheels – provides dental care to under-served children in the 14-county Twin Cities metropolitan area.  The money you generously donated goes directly to these two wonderful organizations.  Lorelle Eng, one of our hygienists, worked with The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile and knows firsthand how thankful this organization is for our help each year.  We have exceeded our goal every year with Smile Network International and we cannot thank you all enough for your help.  We will plan to post pictures of our team presenting the $21,7000 check to Kim Valentini very soon for you all to see.
