has been a pioneer in the advancement of patient-focused, lifetime dental care and has dedicated his career to advocating the life changing impact that having a youthful, healthy smile can have on person’s life.
A graduate of Northwestern University Dental School, Dr. Steve has the distinction of being an honorary member of the Omicron Kappa Dental Society, representing the top five percent of graduating dentists nationwide. He also received the American College of Dentist's Award of Merit given to the top student in his class. Following graduation, he completed residency at the Brooke Army Medical Center Hospital in San Antonio, Texas.
As founder of the Boger Center for Professional Development, Dr. Steve has provided advanced training to over 100 dentists and their teams from around the nation. He has lectured for several professional groups and organizations, including at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry Post Graduate program.
Dr. Steve continues to pursue advanced training in the dental profession and is passionate about mastering the most progressive and effective techniques in general and cosmetic dentistry. He has completed the year-long Post Graduate Aesthetic Continuum at the University of Minnesota, the Advanced Cosmetic level at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, the nation's most esteemed post-graduate cosmetic dentistry continuum, as well as the respected Kois Continuum in Seattle. He also has participated in many clinical trials and has received advanced training to earn Invisalign, laser and orthodontic certifications. Dr. Steve is also committed to the development of his team and invests in many hours of continuing training on their behalf.
Dr. Steve contributes his time and resources in support of several global health organizations. In 2006, he founded the Boger Foundation to raise support and awareness of the need for all children, in the Twin Cities community and beyond, to achieve access to oral health care. Through a variety of evolving programs, the Foundation is a channel for the charitable efforts of the Boger Dental team and the Boger family. Together with the Minnesota-based Smile Network International, Dr. Steve is working to incorporate dental care in mission trips to developing nations in addition to the surgical services they provide for children born with cleft palates or other facial deformities. He has taken a delegation team of his own to Puerto Rico to provide dental services through a program sponsored by Rotary International and the United Methodist Church--a relationship they hope to continue into the future. Boger Dental also supports the American Dental Association's "Give Back a Smile" effort to support victims of domestic abuse and has regularly opened its doors as a host for the "Give Kids a Smile" program to offer free dental care to underprivileged children.

joined his father in practice in 2002. He extends Boger Dental's focus in restorative, cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry, while serving the dental needs of a growing number of Twin Cities families.
A graduate of the University of Minnesota Dental School, Dr. Chad continues his training through post-graduate courses, with special focus on neuromuscular dentistry, periodontics, dental implants, endodontics, adhesion/bonding and orthodontics. He was one of the youngest doctors nationwide to complete the intensive and demanding post-graduate continuum on cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. He has also completed the requirements for certification in treating patients with dental phobia, or patient's fear of dentistry. Chad is currently pursuing additional cosmetic dental training through the prestigious LVI Program.
Dr. Chad is passionate about serving others in the community. He has initiated a campaign to provide mouthguards to local athletes and partnered with "Missing Children Minnesota" to offer "Toothprints," a means of collecting vital identification information for area children. He regularly donates his dental services at the Uptown Community Clinic through its Neighborhood Involvement Program, has participated in the American Dental Association's "Give Back A Smile" for victims of domestic abuse and the "Give Kids a Smile" campaign to deliver dental services to special-needs families, and offers complimentary dental care for adults with disabilities through DDS, Donated Dental Services. Chad is also a board member of Rotary International and has served as the president and director for the student exchange program for his local chapter.

joined the Boger Dental team in 2008. His experience and talents compliment the expertise of Dr. Steve and Dr. Chad and further expand the services they provide.
Dr. Joe graduated from the University of Minnesota Dental School in 2002. He was then a resident at the Veterans Administration Hospital for a year before going into group practice as a general dentist. Dr. Joe’s background is in general and surgical dentistry and he has continued his cosmetic dentistry education through several aesthetic courses at the University of Minnesota. Most recently, he completed the Dental Implant Surgery Fundamentals to Details and Advanced Implant Site Development at The London Institute in Seattle.
He is a Minnesota native having grown up in Delano. He volunteers regularly at the Union Gospel Mission to provide free dental services at the homeless shelter. In 2006, they recognized his generous efforts with The Robert & Marie Walker Volunteer Service Award. He traveled with a mission team to provide dental services in Jamaica and looks forward to serving in that capacity again in the near future.
