Starr - Patient Services Coordinator
Before joining our team, Starr and her family were loyal Boger Dental patients for many years. In joining Boger Dental, Starr brings a deep commitment to customer service to our front desk. With her vibrant personality and genuine warmth, Starr will make sure that your visit is pleasant and relaxing. A native of the Brainerd Lakes area, Starr enjoys returning up-north to snowmobile and do water sports with her family. Starr and her husband have four children and they travel and camp regularly, particularly to Montana and the Florida panhandle.

Melissa - Patient Services Team Lead
Melissa has been an essential part of the team since 1987. "I first came to know Boger Dental and their unique philosophy as a patient. I was so impressed that I joined the team myself!" Melissa has a degree as a dental assistant; however, her primarily role at Boger Dental is leading our talented team of patient services coordinators. She will assure that you're greeted with a sincere, warm smile and assisted with all of your scheduling and administrative needs. In her personal time, she and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with their friends and family.

Mariann - Patient Services Coordinator
Mariann and her family had been Boger Dental patients for years before we recruited her to our team. As one of our outstanding Patient Services Coordinators, Mariann will greet you with a warm, genuine smile and gladly assist you with any needs during your visit. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy spending time with their three sons, traveling, skiing, and entertaining in their home. Mariann enjoys meeting with her prayer group, exercise classes at Lifetime and quality time with friends. Interestingly, as well, Starr and Mariann have been dear friends for many years and their families take regular camping and skiing trips together.

Robyn - Operational Leader
Robyn is Boger Dental's Operational Leader. Much of what she does is behind the scenes, from managing our team to coordinating insurance claims, but is essential for the five-star service our patients count on. Before joining the team, Robyn had a career in hotel and event management in Atlanta and Boston, including event planning for the 2002 Olympics. She enjoys being back in the Twin Cities, closer to family. She and her husband are busy parents of a two young daughters, but in their free time they enjoy training for triathlons, traveling and spending time with their family and friends. This summer she is training for a half marathon. Go, Robyn!

Moriah - Patient & Financial Coordinator
Another long-time Boger Dental patient, Moriah brings to the team her vibrant personality and enthusiasm for top-notch customer service. Moriah and her husband are proud parents to a happy little girl. They enjoy going to concerts, trying new restaurants, downhill skiing and spending time at their family cabins.

Lindsay grew up on the North Shore, enjoying the woods and water. She has her degree in Elementary Education from UW-Superior. After a few years as an infant teacher, she brings a fresh perspective and sense of humor to our team of health care professionals. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys Twins baseball, swimming and boating, good food and good friends.

Kelly - Marketing & Community Involvement
Kelly was a long-distance member of the Boger Dental team, coordinating our marketing and philanthropic campaigns, for several years before relocating recently back to the area. Now Kelly enjoys the conveniences of working hands-on with the team. Outside of the office, she and her husband spend their time keeping up with the activities of their three teenagers, exercising and doing remodeling projects on their home.

Gloria - Patient Services Coordinator
Gloria brings more than 30 years of dental experience and enhances our administrative team with her graceful and compassionate presence. Gloria is from Fairmont and is a proud mother and also a grandma of a one-year old granddaughter, the light of her life. Her passion is doing things for others and it shows. Someday she would like to go on a mission trip.

Katie came to us back in 2002 from North Dakota, where she was born and raised. She received her degree from North Dakota State College of Science and has since accrued extended training alongside Dr. Chad's during his continuing education coursework and assisting him in the area of headache relief and neuromuscular dentistry. In her free time she spends enjoys relaxing at the cabin with her husband and two young daughters.

Missy has been a member of the Boger Dental team since 1992. Beginning as Dr. Steve's chair side assistant, Missy now is the Clinical Team Leader and New Patient Treatment Coordinator. Lori - Dental Assitant
Lori has been a staple part of the Boger Dental assisting team since 1997. She grew up in Crosby, MN, about two hours north of the Twin Cities. She earned her degree from St. Cloud Technical College and has been a dental assistant for more than 25 years. She enjoys spending her leisure time with her husband and daughter, working round her home, gardening, painting, hosting exchange students and traveling with her family. “I will try just about anything once,” says Lori referring to their scuba diving, cliff-jumping and zip-lining adventures. “You only live once! Actually, I would do those things again.”

Becca - Treatment Coordinator
Having worked for several years in pediatric dentistry, implant dentistry and oral surgery, Becca brings a breadth of knowlege to her role as new patient treatment coordinator. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two kids. They are often at their cabin fishing, swimming, boating and relaxing. She also likes to spend time reading, playing volleyball and learning to play golf.

Katie - Dental Assistant
Katie went to school at the U of M and St. Cloud Tech and brings valuable experience working with general dentistry, orthodontics and performing restorative functions such as replacing fillings. Her friendly smile and kind demeanor bring comfort to the patient's serves. Katie and her husband are excited to welcome their first son, Carson, into their family this fall. In her free time she enjoys camping, swimming, shopping, hanging out with family and friends, playing with their black lab Boss, fourwheeling and ice fishing.

Chrissie - Dental Assistant
Chrissie has experience working with patients in a variety of dental practices from orthodontics to periodontics to general practice. She has a knack for putting even the most anxious patient at ease. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends and her cat, Mr. Bandit. She recently traveled all the way to Japan to meet her new nephew.

Erin - Hygiene Team Lead
Erin leads our talented group of highly-skilled licensed dental hygienists. Erin has been in the dental profession since 1992, specializing in orthodontics as a Dental Assistant. She then returned to college in 1995 to pursue her license in Dental Hygiene from Century College and BS degree in Dental Hygiene Education from the University of Minnesota. Erin has been practicing dental hygiene in private practice since 1998 and joined Boger Dental in 2002. Erin has been a dental hygiene educator for Century College and hopes to return to education sometime in her future. Erin and her husband are the proud parents of three young children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, outdoor activities, reading and shopping.

Sarah - Dental Hygienist
Sarah received her BS degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota in 2003. She has traveled with two mission teams to provide dental services in Jamaica and Puerto Rico and looks forward to serving these populations again in the future. She has also been a member of the American Dental Hygienist Association and the Minnesota Dental Hygienist Association. Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with her fiancee, family and friends. She is having fun learning how to play golf, likes to work in her perennial gardens, cabin weekends with friends and is currently training for the Twin Cities Breast Cancer 3-day.

Michelle - Dental Hygienist
Michelle, who grew up in Virginia Beach, VA, received a BS and MS degree in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University. She has been an educator at Old Dominion University, the University of Nebraska Medical Center and the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry since 1995. She enjoys research publication, and the challenge of working with students. Currently, Michelle is serving as President-Elect of the Minnesota Dental Hygienists' Association, and will assume the role of President in November 2010. She spends her free time outside of dentistry working out, outdoors, traveling and being with her dog, Simone. Volunteer efforts involve assisting Dr. Joseph Madden at the Union Gospel Mission, providing oral surgery services to those less fortunate. Currently, she is anxiously awaiting the birth of her identical twin nieces, due in December 2010, and is herself an identical twin. Dental hygiene, and particularly helping others, is her passion.

Heidi - Dental Hygienist
Heidi graduated from Herzing College and we are pleased to have her join us on our hygiene team. Originally from Huron, South Dakota, Heidi enjoys being outdoors, traveling, having dinner with friends, walking her dog, Ruby, church activities and cooking.

Meghan grew up in Fridley and attended the University of MN where she received a BS in Dental Hygiene. In her free time, she is busy planning her upcoming wedding. She and her fiance enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading and cheering on the Twins!

Tiffany - Dental Hygienist
Tiffany was a dental assistant for seven years before deciding to go back to school to pursue a degree in dental hygiene. Dr. Chad has been friends with her family since playing basketball with her older brother back in college at Carleton. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys playing basketball and volleyball, spends time with her family and friends, and is always up for trying something new! We're glad to have her optimistic outlook and go get 'em spirit here on our team!

Lorelle - Dental Hygienist
Lorelle has valuable experience as both a hygienist and a dental assistant in a wide variety of dental health settings, including general, cosmetic, periodontal, oral surgery and public health. Interestingly, she comes from a large family with 16 (yes, 16) siblings. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband up at the cabin, golfing, painting glassware and making jewelry. This year she also tried skydiving for the first time! Will it be the last? You'll have to ask her at your next appointment!
